I had a couple of cool art teachers in high school. I wish I had gone a little deeper with that.
I'm a History nerd, so I enjoyed all of the college history courses I took

Water polo. In order to be on the team you had to take it as a class since thats when practice was. Really fun time, decent group, and if you got in a fight during the game you had to sit out a period rather than getting sent to the office and suspended. Got to play a game everyday

History. I liked the subject so much that I now try and teach it to Middle and High Schoolers

Generally history or English. Just depended on the teacher.
My first exposure to Italian was actually in middle school and he was one of the goofiest/most entertaining teachers I had.
That said, if we bring university into the mix, then it's philosophy and not even close. At some point I want to do grad school in philosophy for fun.
