Who's the character that's surprised you the most? Could be the very concept itself, or someone you didn't necessarily think bad about, but didn't expect perhaps how they blossomed and have grown?

Neither. Pokemon didn't blow up in my area until I was a senior in high school. Even then, only one kid was into it, so there was no incentive to learn. As an adult, I have no nostalgia for Pokemon or that genre of entertainment in general.

Black Tora
Probably the main two, each for different reasons. I've mentioned several times how I expected Matt (Storm) to coast because created feds and RPing with a female character were both outside his wheelhouse, but I underestimated his ability to lean into a concept and make it work him. Just put on the latest "Top Match" for the championship. Tora, for how the character has just expanded naturally beyond being "over" and into what could be a fed mascot role. |

I don't typically care for comedy wrestling but I always enjoyed Colt Cabana in ROH and I don't mind Orange Cassidy today.
I hated Matt Hardy, then he grew on me with the Broken Universe. Then I grew back out of him when the Broken Universe wouldn't go away and kept getting worse. |

If there was ever a fed (and admin) you trusted you could work well enough with, would you ever do a crossover super show? I know that's more difficult since most feds are male-inclined, but just curious.

Nothing too outside the box has happened beyond the pivot from POWER RISE that pushed Shuko MURDER-gun into a prominent role which, thankfully, they've grown into with early members stepping up and new members coming in that seem talented and reliable.
Sorry for the boring answer but I've been able to work with everything within the big picture for a couple months now, lol.
For the sake of something "unknown" being revealed here, I'll say there was a minor pivot in plans that made me push up the timeline on Jack joining the Dahlias. That was originally set for later in the year, possibly early 2024. But the story had needs and that was an area I could easily make a nip/tuck that allowed for an exciting twist. |

I'm thankful that in-ring promos and interviews at house shows are dead. That used to be the bread and butter of every fed. I've written so many Jeff Jarrett in-ring promos at house shows, it's ridiculous. Imagine buying a ticket for a house show and having to listen to Jeff Jarrett and Vince Russo yap for 6-10k. |

I would do a showcase event with the right fed where it's just 2 matches from this fed, 2 matches from that fed, etc. Obviously, I'd work with SWF because I trust Aria Knight with my life. I'd be open to working with TPW, Razor Wrestling, and NJFC as well. I just have no interest in MGP vs. any of those feds. |

I have concrete ideas through February '24 and ideas are expanding beyond that with every show. |
