Four years at Dollar General in the early 2000s. Never felt less like a human being.

Call Center for American Airlines for 6 months. Literally nearly drove me into a nervous breakdown. I try to be far more understanding on call center reps as a result of that experience.
I've had some pretty soul draining ones at my current employer and a job in mid 2000s that were horrible (what can I say, bad luck with jobs), but that call center work is a masochist's wet dream.

I spent over a year loading freight for FEDEX. It was the worst job because there felt like there was no upward mobility or even a manager that gave a shit. I busted my head on the bay-door tracks and had to get staples, I went, got the staples, and was asked multiple times if I was coming to work that day. (The doctor had told me and called them to say that I couldn't go in for another 2 days.
The worst part, I had requested time off for my honeymoon in January (Wedding in June), and it was approved...until suddenly in Mid May, they were demanding that I come back 4 days early from my wedding/honeymoon (for reference, we had bought the tickets to Florida a year in advance and weren't about to come back from our week vacation in 3 days). I turned in my 2 weeks that next day.

Cleaned condo buildings for a few months before I started college. People letting their dogs shit and piss in the stairwells during the winter…ugh.

Thats a tough one. Ive had some pretty bad jobs in my life. Im going to stick to the last decade to narrow it down. I was a care coordinator in a healthcare office that the owner tried to force us to commit fraud against the state to reduce his audit fines. My boss and i quit so he told everyone we were fired because he caught us having sex at the office at night in a town he wasnt even in at the time.
I once worked as the office assistant to a pathologist. If he left the office and i didnt print out everything i did while he was gone and pile it on his desk then i was in trouble for doing nothing. He knew what i was doing. I was fixing a database full of records for past years that were full of mistakes and missing items i had to track down. Huge amount to pointlessly print up. I quit when he and his wife put me in timeout in my car like a child for showing up 10 minutes early to work. They walked me out and made me get in my car. I wasnt allowed to get out until the minute i was to clock in. They were weird. I knew it was going to be a mess at my interview when they were upset i wore a tie and woukdnt stop bringing it up. There was even a second interview where they invited me for coffee and told me to leave my tie at home. I had a bad vibe i should have listened to.
