A good old fashioned Potato Soup with Bacon hits different. Another contender, Tomato (but only if you've got Grilled Cheese to dip in it)

Classic Chicken Noodle (like the heavy noodles and chunks of chicken style) or Chicken & Dumplings come to mind. Admittedly I'm a sucker for a Zuppa Toscana from Olive Garden or its equivalent from wherever. Basically Russet potatoes with Sausage and Greens. It's so good.
Oh Gumbo is probably considered a soup. So definitely a good Chicken & Sausage Gumbo takes the fave spot.

There is a chili mac soup that I really adore eating for some time but chicken noodle is a good go to
