[REQUIEM Puroresu]

Hiya.

I keep hoping the cycles are going to get easier and then they just don't. I'm beat ass tired. It's been a hell of a month between the weather, work, and recovering from December fedding workload. I wasn't even sure I'd be able to get all this done by deadline tonight but everything just kind of fell into place after a good night's rest. Despite the difficulties and the frustrations, this is a special show. No one knew what their was going to be heading in and I kept the card locked in the moderator section to protect my integrity and prove that nothing was changed after 1/4/24, before any roleplays were posted.

Of course, things were changed anyway and those changes are notated in different posts throughout the thread. Only a few matches got changed due to people unexpectedly needing time off, immediate retirements, or legitimate no shows, but the changes were mostly centered around bigger matches and they were significant so that became exhausting. The main event got torpedoed twice within four hours on deadline day for example. The Cluster Battle was butchered beyond repair and I had to find a new opponent for Kasumi Nijima TWICE! Some people that gave me enough notice, I was able to switch them out effortlessly. There was at least one champion who couldn't show that I couldn't swap out because it wouldn't have been fair to their opponents to suddenly just not be in a title match. And there were... I think, three people who no showed without notice that I just left in to do the job or close up story loops that needed to be closed... because I'm a psychopath and that matters to me.

We lost the Love Song of Violence Champion at the last minute on deadline day and there's no hard feelings there. Thankfully, their last match gave me an out to say "they're injured" and vacate the title since they weren't booked in a match at Gacha Machine that would let me pivot and put their title on the line. I have a plan for what to do with the title but it's gonna be a couple months while I figure out exactly how to do it. I have ideas, people, and this one might be one of my most ambitious yet.

Starting with the March show, we're gonna offer opt-in booking to help offset the bloated roster. I feel bad shoving people into battle royals or giant multi-person matches every month to keep the card at a "manageable" 12-14 matches. I needed a break so I shoved everyone into 8 for the anniversary show... so hopefully this will be a good opportunity for some no hard feelings time off to help you guys and help myself until the roster naturally just weeds itself out a bit over the next few months.

The lore was a lot of fun this month... introducing some characters that I kind of joked about introducing several months ago, and then I just did it. Klink and Chau were a lot of fun and they developed a bit as I was writing them so that was fun. Lots of new angles are coming into play as we really begin to steadily build toward The Mecca. I said it above but I'll say it again, I've got some crazy ideas, man. Shit's really going to be unhinged next month as we get back to our traditional shows with segments... and then the March show is just gonna be something crazy if I can work it out in my head. April will be the Galaxy Princess Cup so we're about to hit a streak of really fun, exciting stuff.

Oh, and Vinny knows the truth now! Crazy! Poor Vinny.

Anyway, I'll post the "match card log" in the OOC section for you to see what changes I had to make throughout the month and I'll post the roleplays for the secret handlers as well for anyone who wants to read those. I was really impressed by the work they turned in and one of them even resulted in a shock title change, so that was awesome. I love when things fall into place that make the concept as unpredictable as it's meant to be.

Onto the matches.

Aria Knight blacktora At the end of the day, this might be the most important match on the show as it set the bar high early on and proved that the stakes are real. I hated to see Cloud's reign end but it was a good fight and good ending that left both characters looking strong. Now, Cloud moves on to possibly focus on Kumo Tora a bit while Aria Knight takes the IIW title into the anniversary show to try and unify the titles. I wanted Aria to get the shot at the title here because Aria was supposed to get a shot at it in IIW before it shut down and circumstances in the title scene led to my Junko getting the title shot instead of Aria... and then the fed shut down. Then Junko lost it to Cloud and 184 days later, here we are, full circle. Thank you both for your effort in keeping the IIW title relevant on this path to the anniversary show.

atotracey blacktora Chelsea Skye Shinobu Tsutsumi This one was TOUGH. I unfortunately learned that geoff wouldn't be able to post on deadline day and that's totally fine. Life happens... but I had to inform him that I couldn't pull him from his match due to the stakes, which he said he understood and there's always gonna be that opportunity to run a rematch in the future. At that point, I wasn't sure if Tsutsumi (WELCOME BACK!) was gonna show so I was reading Skye, Tasman, and Tora's work again and trying to figure out a winner when Tsutsumi turned in their secret RP and it was like the Tsutsumi of old, the one from early last year that came in and really took the upper-mid card and Love Song of Violence title by storm. Everyone put forth a great effort here but Tsutsumi came to play and that was a wrap. At the end of the day, the Lightspeed division is thriving with the people involved and I'm excited to see Tsutsumi defend against any of their possible challengers.

azurinevebbins @marcy theorchidvoid wasabi This match was a lot of fun despite the characters all being babyfaces and no real stakes. I really enjoy writing Marcy and Hisaka in-ring. I think Wasabi's work was the strongest of the four that was what really swayed my decision making here, though I definitely think this might have been Vebbins' strongest showing since coming here. Hisaka is doing better, I enjoyed the CD pieces but if you had just combined all of that into your RP, you might have actually swayed the decision in your team's favor. Definitely something to think about next time.

Brighamj96 littlemissvex This match hurt my feelings. I felt like you both really came out swinging and I hated to pick a winner. In the end, I just felt like Kasey has put forth so much effort to immerse herself in the MGP universe that it was difficult to go against it. Brig, this was definitely one of your stronger works since coming in and I really appreciate you delving deeper into CD elements. Do not get discouraged. Hold your head up and keep going. You've got the pieces in front of you and once you figure out how they all fit together, you're going to be dangerous.

Cap carter This one kind of made me sick to judge. It was originally a four way that was just something fun I wanted to do since Helena and Shikishi are both strong handlers. I thought it would be an easy top match but we lost them along the way, unfortunately. I refuse to let an Interstellar Dream match be compromised so I pulled them out since I hadn't written the match yet and ran what ended up being kind of a disgusting early match of the year candidate. I tried to write a different kind of Dream match and really put over both characters since either one of them losing one-on-one was never part of the plan so I felt it was important to leave them both better off than when they came in. Either way... first show of the year and we already have a ridiculous top match and now Caponata has another coming straight down the middle next month. Carter is a killer writer, a future champion here, and I hate that it shook out the way it did with losing the other handlers... but I guess I'll take the exchange rate on trading a "fun main event" with a "classic main event." Hopefully Helena is back sooner than later because I want my Cap vs. Helena interaction, haha.

castermerlin mari Welcome to the team! I can't wait to see what you both produce for the anniversary show as you both have an opportunity to make an impact.

charity I'm sorry both of your opponents no showed. Congratulations! If I didn't already have the meat of the match written (everything but the finish), I probably would've pulled Risa Lemon but I tried to at least protect her by having WILLOW eat the pin followed by the post-match display of respect. Fun match to write and I hate stuff didn't work out with Risa in the end but the door is always open for future collab.

Chloe Storm Nijima This match wasn't supposed to happen as evidenced by the match log in the OOC section. Basically, after Anthony's first two opponents couldn't show, I hit the panic button and decided to yank Chloe out of the Cluster Battle and just make a top match out of manure. Only Anthony had posted when I made the call and since Matt has won their past two matches, it didn't strike me as "unfair" to plug him in here. As always, it ended up being a great fight and I had a lot of fun reading the work on the board as well as writing the match. These are two of my favorite handlers, two friends I've had in the game (and out) for over 20 years now and it's always a pleasure to see them do battle at such a high level. I will not make you face each other again in 2024 unless circumstances force it or you guys just want it. I'm sorry, I love you.

DS(Jessa Wells) heartkillers Lights Out isn't on the forum so I can't tag them but god bless, what a match. I had the idea to do something insane and I think it came off pretty well. I've been a big fan of Lights Out since they came into TPW and I'm a big fan of the Millie McKenzie and Laura Di Matteo picbases so it was a lot of fun to get to use them here. Solid top match and Jessa Wells continues to make Kaede's life hell by taking away her toys. Ya'll are destined to do this forever and it continues next month in another match that felt like a really good idea at the time but will eventually make me hate myself when it comes time to judge. Hopefully we can get Lights Out back sooner than later, too. Thank you all for always going all out.

ghost Karlie Nash sarako @infinitox This is another match that was snakebit as I had to pull a couple guys out for different reasons, then one person quit and another no showed. The people who did show, I appreciate you. To Sarako, I'm sorry it wasn't as strong of a defense as I originally wanted but stuff just kept falling apart. I couldn't also not buried someone in this match but if I lost one more character, it would've been a scramble instead of a Cluster Battle and I already had a scramble and I needed Karlie Nash to finish the story set from last month. Have fun with Datura next month! And Ghost! Thank you for coming back, man. Good to have you on board again, even if it's for one show.

gorgo Jack Sullivan I already kind of half-regretted the stipulation for you two... and I really regretted it after reading the RPs. I tried to make it a respectable and violent Kaiju Big Battel if that makes you feel any better. You've both got such well-rounded, rich characters and they're so much fun to read and interact with in results. I think we've got the makings of a really nasty rivalry here. If you've seen the card for the anniversary show, you know it's not over. I thought this was a good place to introduce Marisol into GAA and get her involved, as well as get Cain's legs back under her after the Jones rivalry bottomed out. I'm looking forward to seeing how this all turns out on the board.

iamdatura Welcome to the team! It took forever but we finally got you. I'm excited to have you on board and I'm really looking forward to your match next month.

kimberley @kio Risako Saio Usagi Iwata This one was another that was tough to judge. I'm such a huge fan of everyone's characters here. I wanted to beef you all up and make the match seem important by throwing in Mariposa and Shuko. Stark posted some of the best work I've seen her put up since joining and if she keeps improving at this rate, she's gonna be beast-tier sooner than later. Risako and Usagi seem like fairly complete packages right now and it's just hard to deny them at the moment. I'm really looking forward to seeing how they develop as we move forward. KIO is such a fun character, too, and I think the only thing you're really missing is digging down deep and bringing some of CD elements to the table. In the end, I feel like this was a great match to showcase the future of MGP.

maddelinesatterfield princessz This is a match I was really looking forward to that kind of got torpedoed by real life. For this show, I tried to book matches we might usually see and, honestly, when Satterfield lost the ENDVR title, this was one of the first matches I thought of. I want to run this match back at some point (as evidenced by the finish and post-match) with Satterfield going full blast. I think ya'll have potential to really have a top match and tear the house down.

qqforyou yoloisfox I was super excited to have Yolo come back and close this story loop. Always fun to have him and Nikki Tendou involved. I thought this match could go either way on paper... but the thing that tipped it was that LUNA attacked Satoshi Kato in their RP without any kind of notice and I just can't encourage that. I probably wouldn't have thought twice if it had been Steve Kondo or a made up member of the staff. Either way, the RP was definitely one of your stronger ones aside from that element.

“Baba Jaga” Veronica Strader I'm sorry your opponent no showed but we saw it coming, just not in the abrupt way that it did. I'm also sorry that your match was kind of a... squash/burial but I hadn't written the meat of your match yet when the deadline passed with no notice from Jones. I had already had Jones interfere in the opener and didn't want to rewrite it... and Cloud was never going to get another opportunity for comeuppance after this show... and to be honest, I just kind of needed to bury her deeper than caveman bones for my own e-fed sanity. You're such an incredibly talented writer and you deserve better. I've got big plans for Veronica coming up, so bear with me. I'm really looking forward to turning you loose full blast in the upper card sooner than later.

I'm not going to do a full breakdown like I prefer to do. That's easier to do when I take notes as I go. Something I can't do as well when I'm not home and am reading hunched over my phone. Hoping to get back to that next month. I will cheerlead MGP as per usual though. So it's pom-pom time. Respect their shiny, glittery power.

This was a really fun show that was basically Christmas in January. Lots of presents to open. I very much enjoyed the concept and it was great to see how it played out from start to finish. I appreciate what REQUIEM Puroresu puts together for us, which I'm sure is a huge grind with what he puts out. Especially, with the level of thought put in for providing something for everyone. I also appreciate what everyone puts into their characters and RPs. What we all do contributes to this place and makes it interesting to navigate.

The lore was really interesting. I loved the vibe shift between Sawada being in charge and running a shitty crime scene investigation (Murders do not happen in Japan) to when Klink and Chau take over. Chau's abilities are fun and I love how you knew something was up when Klink announced no one to touch her and he avoided doing so himself. Then later seeing Kau and Sawada and it being revealed he was shitty on purpose and nothing he did could have changed his fate. It really added to his character. I love Klink, Chau, Takayama, and Kau. Also, poor Vinny. I always get invested in the lore. I just think it really adds to the overall story of MGP.

Special shoutout to "Gutterball" Gwen and her time limit draw. She is rocking it. Another shoutout to my favorite staff member, Saki Housako. She is wonderfully terrible and I love it.

With this show the surprise of the matches was the main feature and they did not disappoint. The anticipation with each one was really enjoyable. Even when you thought you knew what the match was something would change and it would alter the entire tone. We even got Shuko and Endo in the action. Hell, we had a kaiju match. What more could you want from a mystery show? Loved that we had secret competitors join in. That helped solidify the idea that anything could happen. Also yay Datura. We had some really great matches from start to finish. The main event certainly didn't disappoint. Caponata/Valdez was really well done. I enjoyed seeing how the strategy played out during it.

We also got a lot set up for the next show. It's looking like a stacked card. Very excited for that and the RPs everyone will be putting out for it.

As far as my match went, I was happily surprised to be teaming with Endo. The format of the match was really cool. Lights Out being involved was great. I wasn't familiar with them, but they seemed like a neat duo. Was glad to have them in the match. Of course, I was thrilled to see heartkillers as an opponent. Always enjoy having him involved. We've only been feuding since like 1999. Somehow that has just always been the case no matter what characters we are using. This time we didn't even plan for it. It's just gone that way. I'm definitely not complaining. I love his approach to fedding and enjoy his characters. Looking forward to being in a match next show with him and Nijima. That's going to be a lot of fun.

All in all, super stoked to be involved in MGP. This show took an interesting concept and really did a lot with it. Excited to see what the next one brings for everyone.

[Risako Saio]

Hey there. I kinda' wanted to get a lay of the land before I put up some feedback. But I think this show is the perfect time to start. So I'll do my best to same something constructive.

First off, I enjoyed the overall concept of the show. It reminded me a lot of PWG's Mystery Vortex events, which always used to be a lot of fun. Having to RP a bit blindly was an interesting experience. I'm sure it was also interesting on the management side of things, given how some of the plans had to change.

Now, I won't go through all of the matches. But I'll cover a few.

The opening contest was super strong. Both writers are good at what they do. And I think the visual of seeing two high caliber wrestlers clash in the first match helped set the tone. Fun Fact: when I first started to research MGP with the idea of joining, the first RP is read was one of Aria's. So it was cool to see them do something nifty here.

Shout out to Karlie and Sarako for their work in the cluster rumble.

Datura debut! Datura is someone I've known for a long time, so it will be interesting to see them get into the mix.

The triangle matches for both sets of tag team championships was a sight to behold. It think commentary said that Jessa has taken two championships from Kaede? Nice story progression.

Wonderful main event that ultimately brings forth Knight vs Caponata.

Oh, I suppose I should speak about my own match. First, I thought it was really cool that the faction leaders were apart of it. I know it happens quite sparingly, so I appreciate the nod. The action was good; I think it made the participants look tough.

Well, I think that's all I have. I'll try to flesh things out a little bit more next time.

[Aria Knight]

A little late on feedback here, but this show was everything I was expecting out of the mystery concept. I loved how Josh kept the running order of the card changes. It showed the legitimacy of the results AND it also allowed some folks to see the brutal gut punches and missed opportunities they encountered by not being able to show lol. If I had missed a shot at the Interstellar, I'd croak.

The lore was really good on this show and the graphics, per the usual, were excellently crafted and just continue to get better each show. 

I am honored to have finally won the IIW Women's title after not getting to get my title match in IIW after the original MGP/IIW cross promotion agreement in the early days of MGP. This was a neat way to set up the show and prove that "RP'ing for this show like your match is a title match" was a sound strategy. It also showed anything could happen and raised stakes for the rest of the show.

Cloud was an excellent champion and did what Josh wanted to do with the title after getting it from the IIW closure - and that was give it legitimacy and make it a highly sought-after title in the circle. I look forward to the challenge of facing Dave, but am bummed I won't get a chance to carry on her legacy with the belt to take it to new heights.. Thought, unifying it with the most prestigious championship in CAWs is quite the honor.

Vinny Li is a gem and was just doing what he was told. Congratulations to the winner of The Romero! What an honor to get a Lifetime Achievement Award.. while not being alive. Poor Vinny, though, finding out the truth about his dear friend. He's been a lot of fun in the Discord, but I hope he's able to take some time to collect himself and come back to us when he's ready.

Vex vs. Layne was a good match between two writers I really enjoy the work of. Both needed a win here, and I hate seeing Brig eat a loss. 

Rest in piss, Elizabeth Jones. Drug them to the biggest win in their MGP career in December and a no-show/no Discord response is their legacy and ending in MGP. A waste of a good writer that Josh did everything he could to get involved in the fed. 

Was cool seeing some returns like Kanna and a debut from Datura. Very nice.

Rest in piss, Sue Plecks. Meme wrestling clown. The worst of us.

The SWF mention and the Lance Gordon segment make my heart proud. SWF was a love letter to classic wrestling and it only lasted four shows or so, but we hit so much in such a short amount of time. I'm honored some of you remember it and recall your time there so kindly. I know this show didn't have segments, but it was nice seeing these two ad breaks.

KAIJU BIG BATTEL. Legendary.

Getting Nijima/Storm was a killer surprise and made for a MOTN candidate without them even knowing what was coming. I hope these two fight forever. One of the premier beefs in MGP's yearlong history.

There were quite a few people who posted lackluster efforts. Just calling it what it is. You knew the stakes were potentially high, big matches could've been on your radar, and posting small word counts and little effort set up a few folks to eat some bad losses from their showings. A few had winnable matches had they put forth their usual efforts. So that was perplexing to see at time. But hey, free country, I guess.

And man, this Interstellar title match would've been sick with the original participants. Carter/Valdez is a killer writer and an immediate main event player after coming over from the SWF closure. I'm glad he's in GAA. The match was written excellently, keeping both participants strong in victory and defeat. I know Carter would've loved to have had this match with knowing what was coming, but Dave proved why his 200+ day reign as champion is legit. He always writes his best work and has beaten everyone in this fed. It's almost getting to the point of who, if anyone can beat Dave and take the belt from Caponata?

This was a fun show to start the year and kind of do a palate cleanse from the end of 2023 and broker a fresh start in 2024 with the Anniversary Show. MGP is firing on all cylinders, the roster is as fired up as ever, and I can't wait to see what's coming. 

Josh continues to outdo himself month after month. If you miss out on MGP or no show, then it's your loss.

Okay, so I don’t have super detailed feedback to give this month due to January being a death march for work and my brain remains fried but I wanted to give something.

First, big shout out to Josh for pushing forward with this craziness. As a former fedhead who’s done mystery cards I know how chaotic and obnoxious this sort of thing can be, and the change log helps illustrate how much things can shift. The large number of no shows didn’t help things either. Even still, things held together enough for some real bangers. I hope that didn’t suck too much wind from your sails man, those months will happen.

We got robbed of some fun matches, but the stuff that remained all delivered. Was great seeing Sarako retain after their handler agonized all month about their piece since they weren’t feeling writing (January was stressful all around in our household). Aria Knight getting her hands on the IIW belt to set up a long time coming match against Cap was great, as was seeing Jessa Wells becoming a double champ. Selina showed she belonged by hanging with the champ as well.

I know Josh agonized over the gimmick he had chosen for my match with Gorgo, but I think it was the correct move as it kept whoever won from getting a definitive victory and sets up for more down the line. Vilaro and I have been talking for a while about their desire to try out a RP fed, although I don’t think facing me right away was what they had in mind.

Overall I think you should be happy with how this turned out. You set up some great stuff for the anniversary show and have a great roster.

Okay I took my sweet time, whatever.

This is my first random match show. Based on when the Heartkillers last tag title defense was before this, I thought that was the safest bet for what I would end up doing, but I did not expect the double-defense/double-match. I figured it would be a rando super-team, so maybe I was half-right even though Jessa Wells being a part of said super-team feels less random. Cool that Lights Out got to pop in too, because I never even considered the possibility of a guest team.

Anyway gonna try to burn through this faster than my usual text block of feedback because my brain is fried from work stuff and even though I've consumed half my weight in caffeine, I'm somehow tired. Probably just gonna run down the matches.

Knight/Matsuda - Big win for Knight on her way to the Interstellar Dream match against Caponata. Extra oomph to the stakes there, Knight ends Matsuda's legendary IIW Title run and now Knight/Caponata is a massive unification match. Bonus points to Knight winning the belt via brass knucks, very villainous way to end someone's lengthy title reign.

Himiko Cotton Candies Willow right out of MGP, presumably in the style of Killer Klowns from Outer Space, where you put a person in a big thing of cotton candy and suck their blood out. I think that happened in that movie, honestly I haven't rewatched it since it became a cult classic, I just saw it a couple of times on like USA late at night when I was a kid, but it was weird enough that it stuck with me.

Celestial Trinity Exhibition, spoilers maybe but I'm very interested in SMG chasing GAA for the trios belts at some point and loved seeing two of the newest members paired with Shuko for this match. Iwata and Risako are already stacking finishers for a damage bonus, maybe swap out Shuko for Sarako or whatever I'm just spit-balling. Or like if other members of SMG just lost the Requiem Dual Wield Titles, maybe they could bring them back. I dunno, I'll stay out of their business.

Cycling back to legendary reigns, Kasey Vex still has a death grip on the Spirit of the Ronin Championship after a street fight against Xia Layne. Enjoyed the drama of the table not breaking after a powerbomb and a fireman's carry, before a ladder dive finally puts Xia through it and ends the match after nearly killing both. Three-way match between Kasey Vex, Xia Layne and the unbreakable table.

Tatum/Hisaka against Ayama/Vebbins, I'm glad one match ended with sportsmanship. Tough loss for GDF, but Ayama and Vebbins could claim a show at either tag title now or grab a homey and go after the trios titles.

Veronica Cain puts Elizabeth Jones away in record time, presumably permanently based on the post-match and the alumni section.

Sarako gets unlucky and has to defend the ENDVR Title in a six-way, but I love how trolly the cluster battle graphic is. Awesome to see Kanna pop back up. Sarako makes a huge statement with this defense and proves she's not a one-and-done champion. The ENDVR belt might not be going anywhere for a while.

Great to see Bison Kojima get a lifetime achievement award. She was a huge fan of former Pride of IZANAMI Champion Liberty Dare, and even personally mentored Liberty in their brief time together, a relationship Kojima definitely didn't have with anyone else.

Great to see Nikki Tendou back as well, who is presumably not still mad about getting hit in the head with a hammer almost a year ago. The Gacha show's a good excuse to shuffle the deck at the beginning of the year, but after getting through this first one, it's also a great spot for returning characters to jump right back into the fold. Luna should've been allowed to keep the Romero Award though.

And so on the subject of returns again, Shinobu Tsutsumi makes a massive one, snatching the Lightspeed Title from Azumi Typhoon in the process. Hopefully Azumi is sticking around, because a straight one-on-one would be a great match to run back. Also the last time we saw Tsutsumi, she was being locked in a room at the Shrine courtesy of some menacing guards and the Heartkillers. Presumably, she is not still mad about that.

I'm going too long again. Speed run time.

Sullivan against Gorgo, probably gonna get rerun with more build at some point, but as is this is a great one-off that keeps Sullivan as a threat on her way back to a top title match, meanwhile Yorgo loses going over the top rope, so she can easily bounce back. Love the additional tiny cityscape, in the future would appreciate a spot where someone almost gets stabbed with a mini version of the Tokyo communications tower.

With Nijima/Storm we get a banger singles match with the added drama of Kasumi beating Storm as she tries to find life after BDL. Rogue Kasumi is potentially bad for a lot of people, but I feel like it's worst for Kasumi, when everyone she's currently fighting with has backup. I wonder if I will ever interact with Kasumi again.

The Heartkillers are officially un-undefeated as a tag team by way of ladder match. Josh mentioned the IZANAMI ladder match right before this is the first ladder match in MGP history, and now those ladders are being recycled for a two-falls tag match. I said earlier I felt like a tag title defense was the safest possible bet for the Heartkillers, but I was only sorta right. So now there's more drama in the Iruma/Wells/Nijima triple threat next month, which is gonna be fun to revisit considering where all parties involved are following this show.

More sportsmanship as even though Saito/Satterfield is ruined by Shino, the two join forces and now Yuna wants to kick Shino out of the galaxy entirely. Big shit happening here, but this month Satterfield also has a chance to pick her own opponent in the Galaxy Princess Cup, which could potentially throw a huge monkey wrench into the brackets. I'm curious to see how that match shakes out, because the winner's pick could set the tone for the whole tournament.

Selina Valdez came in red hot two months ago and gets a huge opportunity against Costanza Caponata. Tough defense for the champ, but this cements Valdez as a huge threat in 2024, especially with the Galaxy Princess Cup creeping up. Touched on this earlier, but Aria Knight officially challenges the champ for a unification match at the anniversary show. Pretty appropriate main event for one year of MGP, hard to believe we're almost there. GAA's been on a tear and if Aria Knight pulls off the win, they'll be the faction to beat in 2024.

A lot of curveballs here, but I had a good time with this show and timing wise I think this is the perfect time of year to do it. I'm psyched for the anniversary show, particularly the triple-threat Valkyrie title match(which my opponents have both already posted for somehow). Not gonna say we're all trying to overshadow any other feuds, but hopefully the three-way rivalry delivers and variations keep popping up as the year rolls on. Anyway, this was too long again and I'm tired.
