Cracking my knuckles here since I work in theatre production/tech, and have seen some Truly Awful ones, but...
Big shows, West End/Broadway-y: Operation Mincemeat tops the lot (also started as an indie British production which gives me hope that one day this dumb career choice I made might make money), Hadestown in second of recent watches.
Off-West End/Fringe stuff: Medea Electronica, Police Cops: The Musical.
Also not technically a musical but gonna shout out Mythos: Ragnarok, a UK company of independent wrestlers performing a version of the Norse myths as half stage show and half wrestling show. Very very very good and well worth watching, they sometimes tour to festivals overseas so catch them if they're in your area.

Phantom of the Opera. It’s the only one I’ve seen live, but I wanna change that. Toronto’s getting a bunch of big musicals this year, so I’m hoping to get down to see at least one.

not really a musical fan, but if were including movies, then Seven Brides for Seven Brothers.

Not a huge Musical fan since I couldn't carry a tune if you gave me sheet music and a bucket. The only one that I have genuinely sat down and watched was Shrek the Musical on Netflix.
I love theatre but I just can't seem to get behind Musicals. (No disrespect to those who can.)
