The Black Dahlia Legacy faction was founded by Sayaka Endo, a notoriously no-nonsense shooter. Sayaka's faction is tweener-leaning-babyface. While she is not known for encouraging cheating directly, she instructs her faction to win at any cost.
Sayaka Endo will accept members from any background as long as they show the killer instinct required to do what needs to be done. She favors shooters and stiff strikers, and has no time for in-ring comedy acts.
