GIMMICK: Hideo Chiba started out his career as a promising junior heavyweight, but injuries to his knees and back forced him to modify his style. Chiba became known for his wild brawls and bloody deathmatches. He befriended Tatsumaki Aoi due to their frequency in being booked together, eventually marrying her friend and tag team partner Angel Kandori. Chiba was in the United States working for Max Rager's X-Treme Wrestling Jihad promotion when Kandori suffered the injury that would end her life. His absence resulted in him becoming estranged from his daughter, Aki. After some time living alone, drinking himself into a stupor, he ran afoul of the Yakuza and escaped Japan with an idol with dreams of becoming a pro-wrestler, Junko Souma. After their contract in the United Kingdom was terminated, Chiba finally succeeded in what he originally set out to do, drinking himself to death on Christmas Day, 2021.
