Duck Hunt. I'm sure Super Mario Bros. was first, but I vividly remember playing Duck Hunt ALL of the time with that orange gun.

Jungle Hunt on the Atari. My dad had a ton of games, but this is the only one I remember playing myself. We got our first Nintendo console in '91, so the above answers apply for me as well. Mario, Duck Hunt, Tecmo Bowl, Excitebike, RBI baseball.

My house always seemed to have the last gen console when the new one was all the rage. For example first game I remember playing was Frog Bog on the Intellivision. Simple little game where two players control frogs and jump from lily pad to lily pad eating flies. This was at the time that NES was big.

Aladdin for Sega Genesis. Great game. The "Escape the Cave of Wonders" level is awfully hard.
