Give me a 75-degree day where it's not too hot, but I can sit on the back porch and get some air while I write or read.

It kind of depends on the thing I'm doing.
Average day would be 75-80 degrees, sunny. That's perfect for damn near anything outdoors and patio drinking. If I'm going hiking/backpacking, I'd prefer 60s/70s.
Obviously winter sports/hobbies are different.
Motorcycle riding? 60s to low 80s are perfect.

Ideal for relaxing is rain and cloudy, not too much to throw off the baseball game on TV, or enough to make sleep nice and calm. For being outside, nice and warm, good breeze.

12-24" of snow where I can "work from home" and actually write RPs all day while watching Unsolved Mysteries 24/7 channel on PlutoTV

Mid 60s, overcast. Anything over about 80 and I don't tan, I just burn.
