Because of many, many reasons unrelated to the food: Chick Fil-A. Have never eaten there and will never eat there.
Related to the actual food? In-N-Out. I think because it gets hyped to the moon by everyone. The hype does not match the quality of the food itself, which I find mediocre and unremarkable. Not awful as fast food goes but if I'm eating fast food there are scores of places I'd go first.

The gross chicken sandwiches at Japanese McDonalds.
I'd only take my enemies to eat there.
(Japanese KFC on the other hand? Bravo.)

McDonalds the only saving grace for it is the breakfast menu but even then its like
once a year at best that I'm getting that.

I don't mind the occasional McDonalds but my worst fear is bad fried chicken from a low-end SFC.
The chicken: 4-inches oily skin like cracked desert floor, grey stringy strands of meat hanging from a blood stained bone and the "secret spice blend" is scooped out of an industrial vat of dusty white powder.
And as for the outlet itself: a D grade from the health inspector, hands wiped on jeans and a barber shop of hair and pubes on the floor.
Gross.
