It makes reading easier. It is 2023, it would be nice to take advantage of coding and formatting.

100% make a difference.
Breaking up what you do with spacing, colors, and other things just makes it look better and read easier. Beats reading huge blocks of white text against a white background.

It takes 4 seconds to do it how I do it. Small effort for a pretty decent gain, so I prefer it.

I 100% prefer it. Sadly, I'll be honest, if it's a block of text and the same color, I'm a lot less likely to either start reading it, or finish it. It's simple to do with free tools and takes no time at all. Especially something like Frontpage where you can just copy/paste the text and not deal w/coding.
