Cyberpunk 2077. Despite how it didn't deliver on promises and was buggy as fuck at times, I loved just roaming Night City and it inspired a personal writing project along with Fire Emblem Three Houses. Past that. Far too many F1 game sessions. Also really enjoyed a friend's Persona 4 and 5 streams.
